Refunds and exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be:
  
  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition
  • With tags still attached
  • In original packaging (where applicable)
    

Items that show signs of wear, damage, makeup, perfume, or alteration cannot be returned.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or colour, please return the item and place a new order.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at theseasonsofficial@outlook.com with your order number.
2. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
3. Package your items securely and send them back using a tracked service.

Please note - 

Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after we receive your return.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• We are not responsible for lost, untracked, or undelivered return parcels.
• Please keep your tracking number until your refund is confirmed.
