Refunds & Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In their original condition
• With tags still attached
• In the original packaging (where applicable)

Items showing signs of wear, damage, makeup, perfume, or alteration cannot be returned.

Please note that we do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you require a different size or colour, please return your item and place a new order.

 

 

How to Request a Return

2. Return Your Item

Once your return request has been approved, please send your item back using a tracked delivery service to ensure it arrives safely.

Important:

• Please keep your tracking number for reference
• We are not responsible for items lost in transit
• The return address will be provided after approval

3. Processing Your Refund

Once we receive your returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days.

 

Please Note

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
• We are not responsible for lost, untracked, or undelivered return parcels
• Please keep your tracking number until your refund has been confirmed
