Refunds and exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

- In original condition
- With tags still attached

Items that show signs of wear, damage, makeup, perfume, or alteration cannot be returned.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or colour, please return the item and place a new order.

2.Return Your Item
Once your refund request is approved, return your item using tracked delivery to ensure it arrives safely.
Important:
• Keep your tracking number for reference
• We are not responsible for items lost in transit
• Return address will be provided after approval
3.Processing Your Refund
After we receive your returned item, we will process this with 5-10 working days

Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after we receive your return.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- We are not responsible for lost, untracked, or undelivered return parcels.
- Please keep your tracking number until your refund is confirmed.
